Inside the membership, you’ll find thoughtfully curated materials tailored to your goals, including meal plans and custom workout videos that align with your unique needs and lifestyle.

About Meal Plans

Meal plans are based in Ayurvedic nutrition philosophy, and can be adapted to any style of eating (vegetarian, vegan, meat/dairy, gluten free, paleo, etc). There is no one-size-fits-all nutrition plan, and we will work together to find what works for your unique constitution.

About Movement and Energy

Just like nutrition not being one-size-fits-all, movement and energy are the same. In this membership, you'll gain access to weekly workouts, stretching, yoga, pilates, reiki and meditation (videos or written plans) depending on what your needs are and where your energy is at each week.

How Does It Work?
