Reiki Master Janet and I are teaming up to guide you through a Chakra-Themed Retreat, a chance to reset, reconnect and unblock stuck energy in a welcoming and supportive space.

During this retreat, we'll explore the chakra system through gentle yoga, guided meditation, intuitive practices and hands-on creativity.

The chakra system is an ancient framework that describes energy centers within the body that relate to our physical, emotional and mental well-being. When energy moves freely through this system, you'll feel a greater sense of ease, clarity and balance. When energy is stuck or stagnant, it can show up as tension, fatigue and even physical pain and sickness.

This retreat is designed to gently support the release of energetic blocks so your system can feel more open and supported.

Strength, Stretch, Surrender

Strength, Stretch, Surrender is designed to work your body, calm your mind and balance your energy. In this 60-minute class, you will work all major muscle groups using body weight or basic resistance equipment, strengthen and lengthen with mat Pilates and yoga, and destress the body and mind with breathwork and meditation.

You will get a holistic mind-body-energy workout broken down like this:

  • In the first 20 minutes, we will combine cardio and strength exercises to keep your heart rate up and work all major muscle groups.

  • Next, we'll spend 10 minutes working on core strength and pelvic floor function with Mat Pilates exercises.

  • We'll stretch, move energy and cool down with yoga, meditation and breathwork for the second half of class.

  • Appropriate for All Levels of individuals with no current joint or muscle injury. Must be able to get up and down from the floor with relative ease.

Note:

  • Mats, blocks, straps and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own

  • Please bring a set of light weights (3-8lb) if you have them

Chair Yoga for Strength, Mobility and Balance

This chair yoga class offers a supportive and empowering way to build strength, improve mobility and enhance balance using a chair as a steady and accessible prop.

Through mindful movement, strength work and balance challenges, you will awaken key muscles to support joint health and improve functional movement. This class is designed for all levels including beginners, seniors and anyone returning to movement after injury or time away.

You will move through a combination of seated and standing yoga postures using the chair for support while gently incorporating balance, core strength and flexibility. Each class is different and may include resistance bands or light weights for strength exercises. Yoga props will be provided.

We will end each class with breath work and meditation, so be prepared to move, stretch and release!

All Levels Yoga

This class offers a welcoming space for students of all backgrounds to explore yoga at their own pace. Through a thoughtfully guided sequence, you'll build strength, balance and flexibility while cultivating mindful awareness. Modifications and variations are provided throughout, allowing beginners to feel supported and seasoned practitioners to deepen their practice. Each session includes grounding breathwork and relaxation, leaving you refreshed and centered.

I will have some mats and props available, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

After a free consult, I will create an individualized program based on your goals, abilities, interests and available equipment.

This isn't an ordinary personal training session. Finding true wellness is a balance of mind, body and energy. Sessions will include physical exercises for the body, including strength training, interval training, yoga asana and stretching. We will also develop mental clarity and focus through meditation and mindfulness. Energy practices such as reiki and breath work will be incorporated to balance the energetic body, which increases the effectiveness of the other modalities.

Wellness Coaching

This 30 minute coaching session will address everything you need to do to stay on track with your goals. We will use a shared tracking tool that includes your to-do list for the week, as well as nutrition goals and mind/body/energy practices.

I will give you specific action items, resources, recipes and more!

Each 30 minute coaching session includes one at-home workout plan customized for you.

Sessions can be done in person for current in-person clients and remotely for all others.
