108 SUN SALUTATIONS - MODIFIED

108 Sun Salutations are practiced to honor the changing of the seasons, to experience divine interconnection, to build heat in the body and as a moving meditation.

This practice alternates rounds of full Sun Salutation A with a modified Sun Salutation.

TOTAL PRACTICE TIME: 55 Minutes

CONTRAINDICATIONSPlease do not practice 108 Sun Salutations if you have any of the following:

  • Back injuries or acute pain
  • Shoulder injuries or acute pain
  • Wrist injuries or acute pain
  • Osteoporosis
  • Any other condition where up-and-down or inverted movement causes dizziness or light headedness.
