Prana, or life force energy, is richest in freshly harvested foods. The closer to its natural state, the more prana the food has. Processed foods are lacking prana and lead to dis-ease in the body, mind and energy. Consuming freshly harvested produce provides the whole being with a dose of life force energy to promote healing and wellness.
