Mat Pilates / Yoga Fusion - IN PERSON

Find the perfect balance of strength, stability and flow. This class blends the core-focused precision of Pilates with mindful movement of yoga. With an emphasis on breathing and body awareness, this class will strengthen and tone deep, support muscles, improve pelvic floor function and increase spinal mobility.

Strength, Stretch, Surrender - ONLINE

Strength, Stretch, Surrender is designed to work your body, calm your mind and balance your energy. You will work all major muscle groups using body weight or basic resistance equipment, strengthen and lengthen with mat Pilates and yoga, and destress the body and mind with breathwork and meditation.

  • When: Various evenings at 6:30PM (CST)
