
This chair yoga class offers a supportive and empowering way to build strength, improve mobility and enhance balance using a chair as a steady and accessible prop.
Through mindful movement, strength work and balance challenges, you will awaken key muscles to support joint health and improve functional movement. This class is designed for all levels including beginners, seniors and anyone returning to movement after injury or time away.
You will move through a combination of seated and standing yoga postures using the chair for support while gently incorporating balance, core strength and flexibility. Each class is different and may include resistance bands or light weights for strength exercises. Yoga props will be provided.
We will end each class with breath work and meditation, so be prepared to move, stretch and release!
