
This 30 minute coaching session will address everything you need to do to stay on track with your goals. We will use a shared tracking tool that includes your to-do list for the week, as well as nutrition goals and mind/body/energy practices.
I will give you specific action items, resources, recipes and more!
Each 30 minute coaching session includes one at-home workout plan customized for you.
Sessions can be done in person for current in-person clients and remotely for all others.
