All Levels Yoga

This class blends strength training, mat Pilates and yoga into one balanced and energizing experience. Expect a thoughtfully paced flow that builds functional strength, improves core stability and enhances flexibility while supporting mindful movement and breath.

Using bodyweight and light resistance, we will move through strength based sequences to build muscle and bone density, Pilates inspired exercises to support posture and deep core engagement, and yoga flows to increase mobility, balance and body awareness.

We will move the body in all positions including standing, kneeling, seated, supine (on your back) and prone (face down). With an emphasis on breathing and body awareness, this class will strengthen large muscle groups, tone deep, support muscles, improve pelvic floor function and increase spinal mobility.

This class is appropriate for students of All Levels, who are not currently experiencing any joint or muscle injuries.

I will have some mats and props available, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
