Strength, Stretch and Surrender live, online class is the perfect way to nurture your whole being from the comfort of your own space or while traveling.

Strength, Stretch, Surrender is designed to work your body, calm your mind and balance your energy. In this 60-minute online class, you will work all major muscle groups using body weight or basic resistance equipment, strengthen and lengthen with mat Pilates and yoga, and destress the body and mind with breathwork and meditation.

You will get a holistic mind-body-energy workout broken down like this:

  • In the first 25 minutes, we will combine cardio and strength exercises to keep your heart rate up and work all major muscle groups.
  • Next, we'll spend 10 minutes working on core strength and pelvic floor function with Mat Pilates exercises.
  • Then, we'll stretch and cool down with a 15 minute Yoga sequence.
  • We'll finish with a 5 minute meditation.
  • Appropriate for All Levels of individuals with no current joint or muscle injury. Must be able to get up and down from the floor with relative ease.

  • Light to Medium weight dumbbells
  • Stretching strap
  • Mat
