60 Minute Fitness and Wellness Session - Online

After a free consult, I will create an individualized program based on your goals, abilities, interests and available equipment.

This isn't an ordinary personal training session. Finding true wellness is a balance of mind, body and energy. Sessions will include physical exercises for the body, including strength training, interval training, yoga asana and stretching. We will also develop mental clarity and focus through meditation and mindfulness. Energy practices such as reiki and breath work will be incorporated to balance the energetic body, which increases the effectiveness of the other modalities.
